Changing Culture

One of our favorite quotes about culture change:
“Culture change transcends the politics of the moment and sets the standard of dignity, equality, and respect. Culture change means proactively building the world we want to live in. Through culture change, we can all find a way to contribute to building a healthier world.” At More Too Life, this reflects our vision in building a better world.”

Contact with our community, our world and other cultures such as the many cultures and subcultures of those we serve, our strategic partners and communities is part of the work in prevention and direct victim care. Without it, victims won’t feel as reconciled to community and the people in it.
Frustration, loneliness, and trauma can last longer than it has to. Our hope is that the world will not always see them for who they were and the pain they suffered, and we suffer with them, no longer as victims but as champions.

Consulting for HHS Health and Human Services, the US Department of Justice, the White House is part of that by having an added a voice when they call.

Being connected to World We and collaborations with organizations like NCOSE, Rotary International End it Movement, and many others is key to changing, helping and educating culture together. Much of this work is the passion of Brook Parker Bello P.hD and her drive with other leaders and survivors around the nation and globe to create solutions that work.

It is said that:

“All cultures change through time. No culture is static. However, most cultures are basically conservative in that they tend to resist change. Some resist more than others by enacting laws for the preservation and protection of traditional cultural patterns while putting up barriers to new ideas and things.”

We at More Too Life Foundation, do not have all of the answers, but we all have some and when we come together, #changeforgood can disrupt the status quo and victims will be helped and prevented. Let's create a better world together.
